The Viennese choreographer from Japan, Akemi Takeya, has expanded her successful solo piece “Feeler” into a female ménage à trois. The solo had her standing behind three microphones wearing a little brown dress, matching boots and a short, white, sleeveless fur jacket: as a dancer, a singer and a private individual. A plexiglass rod which she balanced on the head and dropped over and over again, served her as a feeler. Now she is joined by Nikoletta Korkos and Veronika Zott. Moving anti-clockwise, they will dance together with Takeya in a cleverly devised choreography of stillness and movement, of doubts and decisions: doing so to the brink of self-dissolution.
