What fascinates me the most about Hatha-Yoga and I intend to share with you is a magical sensation we get from the moving body
through the conscious practice of asanas - yoga postures and breathing exercises.
A shiver of freedom and contentment that arises from discovering and enjoying an inner space that expands further and further.
Hatha yoga offers a revolutionary way of connecting with the core of our lives.A way of liberating the natural flow of the spontaneous intelligence.
We learn to feel physical resistances in order to release them and allow the individual strength and potential to flow.
Yoga then becomes a physical training that welcomes everybody to embody transformation, skill and intuition.
In the technique developed by Eva Ruchpaul the yogic posture can be adapted to the needs of each person. The student will be encouraged to discover a personal
and balanced way of exercising the body while experiencing self-confidence and profound joy!
