We only list offers we receive from people posting their entries.

We are renting our 80sqm apartment at Elterleinplatz/U6 Alser Strasse.
It has two bedrooms, one with 1 king size bed (1.80m) and one with a 1 double bed (1.40m) and a big bright living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining area; the bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and a washing machine. We have a piano in the living room and the flat has two writing desks.
We can also lend you a bike during your stay for a deposit (150€).
The flat is near to U6 Alser Strasse and there is a Vienna Bike Station in front of the house.

There are two sleeping rooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and a room for the washing machine. 5 people max. can find space to sleep.
The hip Meidlinger market is 5 min away. There are a few nice coffee shops around and a variety of supermarkets just in front of the door.
The railway station Meidling (and U6 station Bahnhof Meidling) is just a three minutes walk away, which is great if you also want to enjoy nature and leave the city sometimes.
I pay 860€/month, but since I'm very happy if someone waters my plants, the price is negotiable.

We have 3 rooms in our shared apartment but all of us are dancers and will be gone for the summer (we are working in a summer production). So you will share the flat with max 1 other dancer. The flat is in an elegant historical villa just outside Vienna (Altenberg 3422) about 50mins-1hr by public transport from Impulstanz locations. It is beautifully furnished, cool even when outside is very hot, quiet, and nearby a lake for swimming.
It includes a fully furnished kitchen/dining room, a large bathroom/changing room, and a big room that can be used for both sleeping and dance practice, for several people.
Available throughout July and August. Prices depend upon number of people and length of stay. Mattresses, sheets, pillows etc are provided for up to 6 people.

There’s a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bath- and livingroom and you’ll be sharing the apartment with me.
I’m Eva, a textile conservator, yoga teacher, herbalist and if you’re weird, warm, sensitive and kind we’ll get along fine.

The flat is located next to the Venediger Au park and the view from the room is on the trees in the park. Also the Danube island and the Prater are right nearby. The closest station is Praterstern with a connection to the Arsenal. The supermarket is in the next building and a bigger one that is also open on Sundays in 7 min walking.

I will provide fresh towels and bed sheets. The kitchen is well equipped including a coffee maker, toaster and various spices for cooking.
There is also a shared living room with a balcony, which can be used for smoking outside.

We are renting out our beautiful wood-house with private garden and balcony for 6 weeks while we are on vacation (1.7.-15.8.)
This rental is special in that we are looking for 1-2 people (up to 3 people can sleep in the house) who would like to also be responsible for our two cats and look after them during this time. The two cats are outdoor cats, it is mainly about feeding them in the morning and evening, but of course also about petting and loving them ;)
If you are not looking for the whole period, but for a large part of it, please contact us anyways, then maybe we can try to divide the time. The minimum period would be 3 weeks.
The house is a beautiful little wooden house from 1801. There are 2 floors, a kitchen and a small bathroom, as well as a large living and dining room on the first floor, a passage room and a bedroom and study on the second floor. It is all very comfortably furnished and you can of course use everything during your time here.
There is a lovely garden with garden furniture, which is a wonderful place to spend time in the summer (whenever you're not having fun at Impulstanz). You can use 1-2 of our bikes.
The house is ideal for two people, but of course a single person or a small family is also very welcome.
The next U-Bahn is U3 Schlachthausgasse (15 min walk or 5 minutes with the bike).
We are imagining 1650 EUR for the complete period of 6 weeks (275 EUR/week).
