for professional dancers, artists, pupils, students, teachers, choreographers, dramaturgs and producers

ImPulsTanz sees itself as an active exchange platform for artists active in the fields of dance and performance. Special training and further education programmes are available. Offers also include auditions held by international companies and schools, symposia to exchange ideas, and residencies to (further) develop pieces.

Education

Training, further education and scholarship programmes offer dancers, artists and students opportunities to examine their own practice in depth, explore new trends, do focused work, exchange ideas and receive creative input.

Auditions

International companies, choreographers and schools invite dancers to attend auditions during the festival. Calls for auditions are updated regularly.

Studios

Rehearsal and residency studios can be rented all year round in the 3^rd and 22^nd districts. These are available to all artists working in the field of performing arts.

Residencies

Each year, the festival residencies invite emerging and established artists to work, make headway with their research or create new pieces.

Symposia

Each year, various symposia provide opportunities to exchange ideas and discuss theoretical and practical approaches.
