PROGRAMME
Urša Urbančič is a dancer, performer, DanceAbility trainer, and founder of the Limitless Movement Institute. She studied Contemporary Dance and performed in Jure Kvak Kvak, The State of Things, Platnoris, Čudežni, and Let Dance.
Following an accident that left her using a wheelchair, she completed intensive training with Alito Alessi in DanceAbility practice. She has led DanceAbility workshops in Slovenia, Vienna, Madrid, and Switzerland. She also gained experience working on projects in the field of art for social inclusion at the Ekvilib Institute (ART-SOC project, Global Sofa).
For three years, she led creative movement workshops with Jurij Konjar and Dejan Srhoj. She performed in the improvisation piece Neforma #97 with Gregor Luštek and Loup Abramovici. Additionally, she took part in Sottobosco, a performance by Chiara Bersani, and performed in the performance expierence Shared Landscapes (Caroline Barneaud, Stefan Kaegi/Rimini Protokoll) in a piece by Chiara Bersani and Marco D’Agostin at Festival Mladi Levi (Slovenia).
