DanceAbility explore the language of your own body „DanceAbility“ welcomes everyone of all different backgrounds to explore the language of their own bodies through creative movement, and learn how to take their movement into dance conversations with partners and groups, connecting through structured improvisations. Everyone can participate in all the dancing, whether they are beginners, experienced dancers, or have any kind of „disability“. A sense of equality and community is established as people learn about their potential for communicating and expressing through movement. The DanceAbility Project of Joint Forces Dance Company; founded and led by Alito Alessi, with both disabled & abled teachers & performers, has been winning international acclaim for its artistic vision as well as for its unique method of broadening the horizons of diversity in dance.
