Five days long, we will dance together! We start each session with a dynamic warm-up, which is inspired by House Dance: We jump, roll on the floor and “jack”. Then you learn exercises and sequences of the urban dance styles Voguing, Waacking and Popping, with which you can try out new movement ideas and experiment with your body. How does the music trigger me? How do I express what I want to say with my body? We end each session with a freestyle game: We freestyle with different topics to music that is randomly playing. We move, because something has to move. The aim of the workshop is to show everyone’s personal freestyle in urban space: One minute! Every kind of music! Urban dance!
