This is an Intensive about feminine dance forms and reveals all the facets of your own femininity. This Intensive creates a new awareness of your own body, improves your self-esteem, performance qualities and personal expression. We use three different tools: the Pole, the Floor and the Chair.
We learn the respective basics and merge these into choreographies to music.
This workshop is an introduction to the world around the pole and flavours your dance vocabulary with an "exotic" touch.
Poledance: classic feminine dance moves on the Pole, Basic Spins, Climbs, easy Inverts and a dance combination.
Exotic Floorwork: Sensual leg variations, rolls, Waves, Swipes, acrobatic elements and a short dance combination.
Chairdance: Jazz Dance Moves in combination with simple acrobatic elements on and around the chair and a small choreography.
Please bring pants, leggings, a long shirt and knee pads.
