to encounter the musical ideas
“The composition will be the result of the gathering and shaping of the various phrases of movement developed throughout my technique classes the previous three weeks. I will be working closely with composer/pianist Luis Carmona in shaping the music to the choreography as well as creating new movement during the fourth week in order to complement whatever musical ideas Luis will have.
If the finished work is determined to be shown at the annual EXPRESSIONS on August 9, additional rehearsals will be scheduled for that Saturday.“
