Modern Composition

Modern Composition Joe Alegado will take phrases from the two previous weeks of classes, developing a clear choreographic language in a short group work. He will intertwine those phrases with new movement composing to the music with great sensitivity, an outstanding ability he is very wellknown for. Using movement qualities of the dancers he will challenge them to integrate his technique and choreographic style with their individual movement and expressive sources. This class is considered an advanced class. The teacher will use the first day to evaluate each dancer to make sure the level is maintained. If a student is required to change to another class, it will be discussed and arranged in the initial class time.
