Capoeira is a varied combination of different elements from fighting, dancing, rhythm, singing, expression and much more. In her class, Anna shows the basis for movements, attacks, kicks and acrobatics. Even though Capoeira thrives on dialogue, it is a non-contact sport. So even in times of COVID-19 it can be practised “alone” and combined with another person in a meaningful way.
