Terence Lewis is one of India’s most well-known choreographers and dancers. For ten years now, he has been teaching Bollywood workshops at ImPulsTanz and in doing so, has brought Indian joie de vivre to Vienna. The last time he stood on the ImPulsTanz stage was 2011, where the audience gladly cheered and danced along during his open-air performance at the MuseumsQuartier. It was an unforgettable evening! Six years later, he returns with his group and The Kashmet Project. In preparation of the performance, the artists of the company sought to confront their limits and innermost feelings in a variety of experiments. All this – alternating between pain and joy, love and lust – has culminated in breathtaking jumps and exciting dance on stage. A piece that will certainly not be less impressive than the evening in 2011.
