Natalie Campbell has been working as a freelance artist at the intersection of language and movement art since 2015, as an author, performer, dance teacher, director and choreographer. She has already published two independent works with the publisher text/rahmen, and her writing has also appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies (e.g. &Radieschen, Mosaik and the gap). Natalie has collaborated in dance performances and appearances with Grégory Chevalier, Kollektiv KLAUS and Sofia Brito, among others. She also works in dance education for young people and adults, for example for Shake the Break/ImPulsTanz (Austria) and La Casa del Corpo (Portugal). She currently teaches contact improvisation at KIT Ensemble Vienna and contemporary children’s dance with Gabi Seeleitner. Natalie is a graduate of MAGMA (Dschungel Wien/Dramaforum) and the Literaturakademie Leonding, studies in the Teachers Track of Movement As A Research Practice under Kira Kirsch in Berlin (Teacher Candidate Axis Syllabus from 2025) and the Master Creative Writing in Klagenfurt.
