We are renting out our large, spacious 96m2 apartment in Bruno-Marek-Allee in the 2nd district between July 27/28 and August 11. The apartment is on the 7th and last floor of the house and has a 36m2 living room, a 23m2 bedroom with a 2x2 meter bed and a 16m3 children's room with a bunk bed, bathroom, extra toilet and a 10m2 balcony. Right in front of the apartment door is a large, very nice communal terrace. We are a family with 2 children (4 and 7) and rent the apartment cheaply for 250 euros a week/ 350 two weeks, but would be looking for someone who would also look after our plants (the communal terrace is only partially irrigated automatically).

Location: Our apartment is located in the 20th district, on the third floor (no elevator), close to the green oasis of Augarten and a 10 min bike ride from Danube island (real life savers in the hot hot heat of Vienna summers!), superclose to public transport (tram 5 right outside the door; 30-40 min to Arsenal, 25 min to MQ, 10 min to Volksoper) and all commodities.
Room/Apartment: The room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.4 x 2m), a small table, a reading corner, a shelf, lots of plants. The apartment is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, kitchen utensils, disco ball and pole in the bathroom - you know, the essentials… we can also offer bedding and towels, if needed), smoke-, alc- and meat-free. Arsenal and Museumsquartier are 30 minutes by public transport or bike. The room is about 18 m2, with 1 large window to the garden and is very bright. It is fully furnished. The garden is perfect for morning yoga or chilling.
The house is very large (250m2, plus garage, garden shed, tool room): we have two kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a garage, a cellar, a large living room with fireplace, a 40 m2 terrace and is very cozy.
There are another 5 people living here, who are not constantly in vienna throughout this period (two couples: Charlotte and Nina, and Ruth and Elena, together with Anto). the apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for: washing machine, dishwasher, filter holder coffee maker etc... 3 supermarkets, weekly market, tram & underground (Burggasse Stadthalle) are all within 1-5 minutes walking distance. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center by public transport and 10 minutes by bike (which I'm happy to rent for an extra charge of 40 euros ;))
In the area there are bars, cafes, cute little shops, a park, cinema, theater- what can I say, the location is a dream.

The 2th district is filled with cool and hipster bars and cafes (in Praterstraße more than 40 restaurants), all walking distance from my apartment. At Praterstern you have an everyday open supermarket (Monday to Sunday).

We are renting our 80sqm apartment at Elterleinplatz/U6 Alser Strasse.
It has two bedrooms, one with 1 king size bed (1.80m) and one with a 1 double bed (1.40m) and a big bright living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining area; the bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and a washing machine. We have a piano in the living room and the flat has two writing desks.
We can also lend you a bike during your stay for a deposit (150€).
The flat is near to U6 Alser Strasse and there is a Vienna Bike Station in front of the house.

The hip Meidlinger market is 5 min away. There are a few nice coffee shops around and a variety of supermarkets just in front of the door.
The railway station Meidling (and U6 station Bahnhof Meidling) is just a three minutes walk away, which is great if you also want to enjoy nature and leave the city sometimes.

The flat is in an elegant historical villa just outside Vienna (Altenberg 3422) about 50mins-1hr by public transport from Impulstanz locations. It is beautifully furnished, cool even when outside is very hot, quiet, and nearby a lake for swimming.
It includes a fully furnished kitchen/dining room, a large bathroom/changing room, and a big room that can be used for both sleeping and dance practice, for several people.
Available throughout July and August. Prices depend upon number of people and length of stay. Mattresses, sheets, pillows etc are provided for up to 6 people.

We are renting out our beautiful wood-house with private garden and balcony for 6 weeks while we are on vacation (1.7.-15.8.)
This rental is special in that we are looking for 1-2 people (up to 3 people can sleep in the house) who would like to also be responsible for our two cats and look after them during this time. The two cats are outdoor cats, it is mainly about feeding them in the morning and evening, but of course also about petting and loving them ;)
If you are not looking for the whole period, but for a large part of it, please contact us anyways, then maybe we can try to divide the time. The minimum period would be 3 weeks.
The house is a beautiful little wooden house from 1801. There are 2 floors, a kitchen and a small bathroom, as well as a large living and dining room on the first floor, a passage room and a bedroom and study on the second floor. It is all very comfortably furnished and you can of course use everything during your time here.
There is a lovely garden with garden furniture, which is a wonderful place to spend time in the summer (whenever you're not having fun at Impulstanz). You can use 1-2 of our bikes.
The house is ideal for two people, but of course a single person or a small family is also very welcome.
The next U-Bahn is U3 Schlachthausgasse (15 min walk or 5 minutes with the bike).
We are imagining 1650 EUR for the complete period of 6 weeks (275 EUR/week).
