Those are the ones that interest us.' “In this workshop I will approach the basis of the work of Ultima Vez from my personal experience with the company. It is about body mechanisms that allow you to reach physical extremes, you yourself or you with others, while protecting the body at the same time. This requires to move out of necessity, to give meaning to the movement. We will work with a mix of ideas and material without focusing on one performance in particular.”
