Step out of your comfort zone and let‘s hit the disco! With music from across the decades – from classical to pop, rock, punk, country, jazz, and techno – we’ll dance our way joyfully through the week.

Each day begins with a gentle warm-up – including breathing exercises, light Tai Chi, stretches, and guided bodywork – to help you arrive fully in your body. Afterwards, we explore the theme of the day, such as “proximity and distance”, “slowing down the pace of everyday life”, or “wild dancing”. Participants collectively set boundaries and intentions around topics like touch, solo or group dancing: Who would like to be touched, and who would not? Who prefers to dance alone, and who seeks connection? How can I express it if something does not feel right?

The focus is on mindfulness, the joy of movement and dance, a sense of community and one’s place within it – and letting go of physical and emotional tension.

Whether with or without glitter, wigs or fabulous outfits – wild dancing is guaranteed!
