PROGRAMME
SERVICE
Social media serves us with news from all over the world 24/7: changes, attacks, wars, misinformation – or actually true ones? Violence is present everywhere, whether in the form of domestic violence, such as femicides behind closed doors, or in public space. As soon as we participate in an action, we either witness violence or are attacked ourselves.
In this course, the effects of violence – such as anger, courage, grief, and helplessness – will be explored. Through mindfulness exercises, bodywork based on biodynamic craniosacral therapy and osteopathy, as well as wild dancing, participants experience a theoretical component in which personal issues are given space, and there is an opportunity to share and exchange experiences, identify triggers, and collaboratively develop strategies to remain empowered within the community. Additionally, the nervous system, including the sympathetic, parasympathetic, and social nervous systems will be explored. The community keeps us connected, but it requires care and mindfulness to stay in touch with our own resources.
Open level for everyone!
