Yoga Ballet is a dance technique developed by Marcia Haydée, blending Yoga, Eastern disciplines, and classical Ballet. The lessons are beneficial for stretching, balance, concentration, and building body energy. The poses are linked through breathing techniques, which stimulate the nervous system and open energy channels. Oxygenated blood helps expel toxins, relaxes muscular tension, and allows for an extension of movement.
