Dao Yin practices enhance the elasticity of connective tissues, building resilience in the body. Pressure and expansion open joints and spaces between layers of the physical body, improving the efficiency of energy production. When the pathways of the body open, pathogenic qi can exit the body and healthy qi can circulate more efficiently.

This workshop focuses on Dao Yin forms that wind and unwind fascia and muscles – focused on the torso – supporting both energetic and physical mobility. Proper alignment of bones and the sinking of body mass promote changes in connective tissues through appropriate stress.
