What do biological systems need to stay alive, reduce uncertainty, and thrive? It’s about the perception-action loop and creative solutions to minimize errors.
This workshop covers fundamental principles for survival and thriving, focusing on improving joint health, mobility, and structural resilience. Participants explore how to coordinate our bodies in movement without causing damage, and how to ask the right questions to find creative solutions to both existing and new problems. Through “movement situations” as life simulations, participants test and improve their knowledge with obstacle games, experiments, and joyful training. They explore joint articulation, coordination as well as training how to adapt in changing environments via improvisations.
