Seeing From the Eye of the Heart

Each workshop session for Seeing From the Eye of the Heart, an exploration of muscle, motion and desire as well as a chi cultivation, incorporation writing and drawing, will be held in two parts.

Sara will start by opening the gates of the body from the feet to the crown of the head and working with a combination of technique and improvisation. A practice of being beginners in the body as play, as wisdom, as poetry, as architecture and as an orchestra.

After a short break, Jesse takes over and approaches drawing as a physical and visual practice linked to dreaming, drafting and materialising futures. By examining how drawing moves and movement draws, our observation and creation within the moment and critically examined.

Everyone is welcome, no prior experience necessary.
