In ~abun~dance~ yoga & dance meet and are dedicated to the revitalising qualities of water in our bodies and on our planet.

All expressions of water on our earth can be found in the body. There is the great unbound ocean of fluids in which all cells are bathed and rivers & streams that flow in the vessels of the veins, arteries, lymph and brain. The wave of breath connects us to the permeability and suppleness of water. This not only stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, but also the flow of energy, which contributes to greater vitality and joie de vivre.

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga supports our inner fire and mindfulness. We stretch, strengthen and relax. When light meets water, the result is a dancing, exhilarating sparkle. We are on the trail of this glow with every breath. We strengthen joy and set it in motion so that it accompanies us through stressful and difficult times.

~abun~dance~ practises mindful devotion without losing oneself. The focus is on the simple flexibility of the body. Through small changes, tips and tricks, everyone will find their own personal way to hold positions (asanas) and immerse themselves in their dance.
