This workshop is aimed specifically at children and young people with and without intellectual disabilities who enjoy working in a group, like to move and want to get to know and explore their own dance expression.
Have you always wanted to know how to dance robots or how the wave works? You can learn it here. We start with some warm-up exercises. The aim of the exercises is to develop a certain body feeling for HipHop dance. We continue slowly with basic exercises from the areas: Locking, Popping, Breakin and Electric Boogaloo. After we have done the exercises, we move step by step to a choreography. The aim is to have fun with movement and get to know different styles of HipHop.
