This workshop is about learning how to use long exercising-bands and balls to increase dance-specific strength and endurance, to improve our own core, abdominal muscles and legs, which are important for good turns, jumps and high legs. Strengthening and coordinating muscles, fascia and joints, releasing muscle tension and increasing flexibility and balance. By relaxing the shoulders, neck and back, you can improve your performance and well-being after just a short time.
This workshop is aimed at dancers of all levels who want to have more energy for working with a partner.
