In Nina’s high heel workshop, high heels become an extension of the beautiful lines we create in our bodies. A tool to feel strong, fierce and confident, while we strut through space. They become an anchor and make us feel grounded, which enables us to explore soft and sensual movements led from the hips and the spine. This class will bring freedom in exploring and owning our feminine energy.
