Who dances when you dance? According to the Pancha Kosha model in the important yoga scripture Taittiriya Upanishad, the human being consists of five shells (Pancha = five, Kosha = shell). These five covers caress our inner core. This workshop explores these different koshas, sometimes through pure but simple dance techniques from ethnic or modern dance, sometimes through free or meditative dance forms. Being wordless, dance may lead us to the state where we feel deeply alive converging the inner space of our being.
