Whether this will be your first yoga experience or you are a dedicated practitioner who wishes to upgrade the personal practice, this workshop will inspire you to embody, in a unique way, the majesty of effortless breathing.
You will be guided to explore how conscious breath balances action, the posture & release. This is the journey to movement sequences that feel like arriving “at home” in the body.
You will be inspired to own your ability to honour your wholeness. It is not only about practising a posture but also to become the one who is practising it!
