Yoga Ballet is a dance technique developed by Marcia Haydée, which combines Yoga, oriental disciplines and Classical ballet. The lessons are useful for stretching, balance, concentration and body energy. The positions are appropriately linked through the use of breathing techniques, stimulating the nervous system and opening energy channels. Oxygenated blood enables our body to expel toxins that help to relax muscular tensions and enhancing the extension of movement.
Each exercise focuses on the vertebral column and the activation of muscular fibres.
Franca will also lead workshops in the frame of Country Retreats in September 2023.
