The Axis Syllabus is a repository of useful information concerning the use, preparation, treatment, structure, function, limitation and potential of the human body in motion. Frey provides personal and group counsel for skill level enhancement as well as injury avoidance, rehabilitation and management.
We will focus on eccentric strengthening: lever up, gradually surrender down, as well as moderate to extremely dynamic movement: bounce, jiggle and wiggle, topple, catapult, pile-up, truss, rebound, torque, swing, vector etc.
