Journey to the body
Travelling through our body, that is so familiar to us, and yet there`s so much to discover. We try to avoid and dissolve our habits and patterns that we are used to. Preparing an alert body and mind through improvisation exercises to gain more freedom, trust and awareness in the body. We will work on those skills alone, but also in couples or groups, using the space around us. Besides that improvisation element we work on a movement phrase, and little composition tasks to enrich the phrase. Overall it’s a physical experience shared with others, lots of joy and fun to move together and be “moved”.
