Participants will learn repertoire from Jose’s current touring production, ‘Silk Road’, which is inspired by the rituals and journeys along nomadic routes from China to the Iberian Peninsular. The repertoire is strongly influenced by Flamenco, Kathak and contemporary dance forms. There will be elements of learning taught material as well as task-based exercises to create movement material.
