Melanie offers practices focused on “un-performables” to energise the creative processes. Through guidance of touch, play of presence, and activation through movement meditations on dyingness, participants work to connect with their flesh and bones, exploring physical exercises to refine attention and grasping outer form. Explorations with the “mind of touch” can connect us to relational creating, yes-no flows and erotic secrets that steer the skin. Partners might be other people, the floor, a star.

Guided through meditative states of “relational rest”, participants practice directing their perception of sensing, thinking and being while “doing” nothing. Movements and meanings emerge and cease from there, if they want to, from the desires, aversions and sensual curiosities in each moment anew.

All can be watched and experienced separately, or simultaneously, as resurrection rituals that might offer moments of inner knowings on how exactly to proceed within our unknowable “composition” one breath at a time.
