Raza’s Jazz Mix is a lyrical, fluent and emotional movement language influenced by Ballet, Modern and by the Matt Mattox Technique. Considering that Jazz Dance is a dance form synthesis of a plurality of expressions, the style of Raza Hammadi is a fine and coherent alloy of different choreographic techniques and languages with clear lines – a melting pot of jazz. It renews itself and constantly revives its forms in a choreographic alchemy linking rhythm and emotion. This spirit of openness and artistic research is reflected in the encounters he has with choreographers and external teachers for his company whose works travel from Europe to the East.
