Holistic all-inclusive back health training

The Rückenglück training programme ensures a healthy back and noticeable well-being with simple, gentle yet highly effective physical exercises. The free training without equipment activates many muscle groups simultaneously and promotes the complex interaction of the musculoskeletal system – the body's intelligence. An ideal balance to the one-sided physical and mental stress of our time.

Michaela's relaxed method with effective strengthening, mobilisation, stretching and relaxation exercises from traditional methods (Yoga and Pilates) is combined with current medical training theory.

The Rückenglück training only includes carefully selected exercises that particularly address the deeper, invisible muscles – the autochthonous muscles that stabilise the spine. These muscles, which are often inactive even during sporting activity, are responsible for balancing tense or untrained shoulder/neck, abdominal and back muscles. They stabilise the spine, protect the back from injury and ensure balanced mobility in all directions, which is also demonstrated in class using a slipped disc simulator and a spinal column model.
