This workshop is about kicks and speed! We will learn how to coordinate our bodies and legs to be fast but also really slow, so that our kicks can be ninja-like: Stealthy, powerful and unexpected. Based on a mix of simple Karate, Tai Chi and Kickboxing exercises, the workshop starts with training the concentration, then moves on to coordination and experimentation with various kicking options. Towards the end of the workshop, we will freely kick and dance to the rhythm of selected summer hits!
