In this workshop, we delve into the intricacies of ballet from a personal and pleasurable perspective. Our primary goal is to understand how stylised movements can bring us even greater fulfilment when approached with the intention to discover and achieve our highest level of anatomical function. Through the exploration of complex body coordination in the dimensions of time and space, we gradually nurture a heightened sense of presence and preparedness for performance.

Collaboration lies at the heart of our process. We work closely alongside the pianist, fostering an enriched awareness of musicality as an invaluable tool for expressive and dynamic dancing. These collaborative efforts illuminate the essence of technique, allowing us to intimately grasp the art of executing movements with ease, courage, and a profound sense of purpose.
