Along her own biography Nicole has developed a process for contemporary dance that she called „You are safe in the eye of the hurricane“. Within this process she is tracking the bridge between the biodynamic craniosacral bodywork and dancing. The participants are supported to express something that is not yet there but may (be)come. Every birthday is the one where you were born. From a spiritual perspective we are ageless, supported in a lightness between now and then. We will explore these timeless moments moving and dancing together and in guided bodywork. "Who am I today?" – pondering this question we relate to each other beyond time and space. Each day we will open to another subtle awareness. Anatomical feedback on craniosacral bodywork and improvisational space looking for chaos and stillness within yourself complement the process. There will be plenty of time for extended guided and free bodywork.
