Who would not like to have an indestructible, loyal buddy? In this workshop, we are looking for nothing less than our power animals, expecting them to be at our side in various life situations and exploring their (and thus our own) uniqueness. Before we meet our individual animal, we make a journey through the elements and their qualities, different abilities, colours, practising in close observation and refined dance work. Through kinesiological exercises, we find inner balance and poise and find our own strength. A bird is not just a bird, just like a child is not just a child. How exactly does the eagle, and how the albatross? What are the special abilities of one and the other? How exactly does the movement language of a hedgehog look like? Which music could be suitable? The different forms of movement and body shapes inspire us to improvisations and choreographies. At the end of the week, albatross, bark beetles and friends will be celebrating in the spectacular power animal Cypher!
