Uploading the Rhythm
This physical class is focused on presence, working on all levels (floor, standing and jumps) as well as on the relationship between the bodies and the space. It generates new emotional stimuli through learning from everyone in the room. Practical exercises of improvisation and instant composition facilitate an energetic approach to traditional Mozambican dance.
