Four dancers in search for the rediscovery of lost time. Time that is won and then gambled away again, that can also be consciously extended and reduced. “Colour, colour”, the current piece by young choreographer Jana Unmüßig, is a wonderfully subtle study of movement and encounter: precise actions, repetition and the shifting of choreographic patterns create a slipstream that draws the audience into itself as if by magic. Perception disposes of its passivity and thereby becomes an action in its own right. So every detail counts, and every change leaves a trace. A dance as a prime example of how great effects can be achieved with modest means.
