What happens if, once again, a small leader emerges and attempts to incite us and win us over to his supposedly good cause? Many will say that this is currently happening anyway, even close to home. Belgian choreographer Wim Vandekeybus brings it even closer and turns this kind of situation into a game for the audience. Together with the spectators, five dancers explore the dividing line between enjoying to be part of something and jumping on the bandwagon: energetic dancing with a touch of political satire, somewhat confrontational, and as contradictory as reality itself. ImPulsTanz dedicates this programme to the 50th anniversary of SZENE Salzburg and their long-term cooperation.
