We only list offers we receive from people posting their entries.

flat is 90m² "Altbau" and is currently being slowly refurbished. it's not finished, but everything is well and usable, but will feel rather basic over summer since there is little furniture in currently. I'd send you pictures if you write me, so you can check youself. you would not see me often, if I'd pass during the day to fix a few things every now and then. in july not even since I'm working elsewhere.

Hi, I ll have a free room for rent over the summer in a renovated apartment, located in the 15th district close to westbahnhof. All together the flat has 70m2 with a great bathroom (washing machine, dishwasher etc., a big living room with a fireplace. The biggest benefit of the flat is indeed the balcony, from where you can reach a little garden (about 30m2 Outdoors, facing a public park). The free room is about 14m2 big, quiet and bright (there is a bed and table inside which can be used).
The flat itself is located in one of flourishings streets in terms of art scene of Vienna (lots of galleries, jazz bars, etc..). close to the Westbahnhof and the underground station u4 and u6 Längenfeldgasse. The rent is 450/ a month,- all inclusive. If you wish to rent the place weekwise it de be 200 a week.
To myself: I am in my mid 30´s and work in pedagogical fields. My interest are spread around art, music, mountain sports and travelling. I have studied abroad and therefore enjoy to be surrounded by international environments. The whole house was completely renovated in 2008 and is in a very good constitution, the rent could be temporarly or for a longer term.

The apartment measures 70 m² and is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a beautiful art nouveau building.
The large living room is equipped with a desk, a daybed that sleeps guests very well for a couple of days, a record player and a chess table.
The separate bedroom is rather simple and comes with a queensized bed, two nightstands and a cupboard with bedsheets.
Adding to this we have a large anteroom with space for wardrobe and a little extra storage space, as well as an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Since our house is one of the larger ones in the area and we live on the top floor, it's nice and bright all day long, and we even have a view over the surrounding roofs.
We have internet, etc. and if you are interested, you could also take over our share at a CSA (community supported agriculture) that supplies you with fresh and regional vegetables which we pick up once a week at Servitenplatz.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from Längenfeldgasse (U4/U6) and Gumpendorfer Straße (U6 and all kinds of tramways). The 10A and 12A busses are right infront of the door and takes you straight to the Workshop Zentrum Schmelz in 20 min. The 57A bus also takes you directly to Tanzquartier in 18 min.
Additionally I can offer to borrow you my bike if you take good care of it :-)

The apartment is located in Dornbach; a beautiful outer district of Vienna near the Wiener Wald. To the center as well as to Schmelz you need 20 minutes by public transport, by bike 15 minutes.
We rent out a room of about 15 sqm with a double bed (max. 2 people) in a large, bright apartment with a garden. The apartment offers a kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and eating, a large living room, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a separate toilet.
At the same time, a roommate also lives here. We are a 2-person shared-flat: Alina (28) and Lilian (28). Since one of us is on vacation, her cozy room is free. We are both dance and sports enthusiasts and are often out, but also enjoy the peace and quiet out here with a drink in the garden.
The next supermarket is in a 3 minutes walking distance. You can reach pubs and restaurants within a few more minutes walk, or by public transport. Not far - close to Yppenplatz - are nice lively places as well.
We are both out a lot, so you will probably enjoy moments at the apartment for yourself. But we are always happy to help you with questions and share infos.

I have two rooms to rent in a big apartment in Fasangasse. There are two roommates living in the apartment aswell. Your rooms are 12 and 23 squaremeters, the small room can only be accessed through the big room. There is a big kitchen aswell that you can use of course.
There s a double bed in the small room. We also have two additional matresses that can be put in the bigger room. The rooms are "altbau" and have 4 meter ceilings.
We have a bathtub and a seperate toilet.

I´ m subrenting my room with 18qm and two windows that open directly into our garden. The flat is located in the 16th district, just next to lot of nice places like Brunnenmarket, Yppenplatz and you can walk to the Schmelz in 15 minutes.
In the flat you will find everything you need, a big kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. It´ s a shared flat of three persons, but at this time there will be only one or two in Vienna. So if you would like to come with a friend, there would be also the option to rent another room of 11qm. The rent for one person is 200€ per week.

We used to live in this flat until last year and enjoyed it a lot. We left most of our furniture there and therefore the flat is equipped with all the necessary stuff you might need during your stay. It was also painted and overall renewed and is in a very good condition.
It has a big living room with kitchen included (around 50 sqm) and three more rooms. In one of the rooms is a double bed and in the other one a single bed. It has two bathrooms. Metro U4 Hietzing is very close (less than 5 minutes walking distance) and also other buses, trams etc.
Minimum stay is 2 weeks, but we would prefer longer stays of up to 6 months.
Please not more than 2 persons (exceptions could be made for children).

We are renting our 2 rooms in a shared apartment. The smaller room 12sqm is accessible through the larger room 23sqm. The apartment is 140sqm and is shared with two other girls. They are in their mid twenties and both work almost fulltime.
We are a couple who usually live in this apartment and use the smaller room as a bedroom and the larger as a living room. There is a spacious kitchen and a separate bathroom and toilet.
The apartment is located very close to the Arsenal workshop. 5 minutes by bike and 20 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the Arsenal location is very difficult to reach by public transport. I think walking is faster. From the apartment, the Belvedere and the Botanical Garden are right next door. For public transportation, there is the S-Bahn that goes directly to the Danube in 10 minutes and trams 0 and 71.
The price is 300€ per week. However, the apartment can also be shared by two people, so 150€ per person.
There is a doublebed in the smaller room, but we have another mattress that can be put in the bigger room if you don't want to share the room.

In our beautiful 120m2 Altbau apartment (shared apartment for 3 people) a room will be available from July 8th.
The center of the apartment is the 35m2 living room, fully furnished with a lot of light and ideal to share meals, hang out or work quietly.
The apartment has a freshly renovated kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, induction stove and large refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with both a shower cabin including a rainforest shower and a bathtub. The toilet is in a separate room.
The 13m2 bedroom is situated in a fair distance to the other two, which makes it really private. It is located on the courtyard side of the apartment, flooded with light in the morning and overlooking the quiet and green courtyard. It is already equipped with a 1.40m wide loft bed, including a little shelf for books, phone, reading light etc. Since the walls are over 3m high, the area below the bed can be fully used and already comes with a built in clothes rail. In addition the room can easily fit a desk or a chest of drawers.

The flat is located in the 18th district of Vienna on the 5th floor (with elevator) with a beautiful view to the green courtyard and the sky, offering at the same time access to public transport in front of the door, Underground U6 Währingerstraße/Volksoper, tram station (40,41,42) and Bus 40A.
There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and beautiful parks to relax in the area. The city center (1st district) is in walking distance and you can reach the Donauinsel (swimming, walking) in a 10 min ride by metro.

In the middle of a quiet green neighbourhood (Kleingartensiedlung) though with great public connection you can rent a bright room in my extraordinary and cozy wooden house with a large shaded terrace and a garden. 16th district.
I would let the first floor: one room with a double bed incl. balcony with a great view overlooking Vienna and one room with a cozy sleeping couch and a desk. The first floor also has got your private bathroom (for guests from both rooms) with toilet and bathtub.

The subway station Volkstheater U3 is only 4 minutes walking distance and by 15 minutes walking you can reach the U6 station Burggasse. I‘m and 39 yo media-artist living here together with my grown up son who is working as a stylist. I‘m often working abroad on exhibitions and performances, when in Vienna, our little and very calm sweetheart Mimi (a deer chihuahua) accompanies us.
