This retreat brings together two approaches that both encourage a deep sense of well-being: Ariel’s Feldenkrais Method gently refines how we perceive and organise our movements, allowing us to explore new pathways of ease and possibility. Florentina’s Hybrid Ashtanga, on the other hand, offers a structured sequence of postures adapted to each person’s body and needs.
Participants can either join both workshops to gain the most experience or book just one – Feldenkrais Method or Hybrid Ashtanga – to enjoy more unstructured time during the retreat. Each workshop includes approximately 100 minutes of activity per day. The Art of Silence workshop offers shared moments for all and is therefore included in every workshop booking.
Finding Options to Create and Maintain Well-being
This Feldenkrais Method workshop invites you to engage in a process of individual and group learning through “Awareness Through Movement.” As a participant, you will receive guidance to discover smooth and rewarding movements that satisfy your imagination, open up new possibilities, and expand your discoveries, all while respecting your limits and natural rhythm.
From this organic and simple learning process, we enter into a dialogue with our own bodily experience, creating a meaningful space for practice during the retreat. This exploration helps us observe and decipher habitual movement patterns, restoring functional movement and enhancing perception. By listening to our own sensations, slowing down, and taking the time to know ourselves, we foster greater well-being.
This workshop invites you to explore different facets of your being and unlock your full potential, offering a space for personal growth in dialogue with the world around you.
It is suitable for people of all backgrounds and ages who wish to improve their quality of life.

Looking for the Strange, the Individual Body
Yoga is never just a single, rigid method; it is a dynamic blend of techniques designed to promote health and well-being. A body that is capable of meeting the challenges of life forms the foundation for everything else – whether that be philosophy, spirituality, or everyday life itself.
This workshop aims to create and sustain long-term well-being. In Ashtanga Yoga, we practise a set sequence of postures (asanas), which we gradually internalise in order to practise them at our own individual pace. The teaching takes place through dialogue – the instructors respond to the personal needs of the participants.
We begin with an introduction to breathwork and anatomy, followed by a shared practice of asanas. By memorising the sequence, each person can practise at their own pace and according to their own capacity. At the end, participants will be supported in performing the postures in a simple and healthy way – each asana is adapted to suit individual needs. The session concludes with a group relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for beginners who wish to learn a sequence of asanas to practise at home, as well as for experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. Advanced participants will have the opportunity to work on specific asanas where they may need support.
In this style of asana practice, we become aware of those practising next to us. While we are not responsible for the experiences of others on the yoga mat – yoga is a moment for ourselves – it is also an act of sharing: attention, breath, and presence with others and the world around us. Yoga means sharing the good that we carry within us.
This workshop can be booked individually or together with Ariel Uziga’s Feldenkrais Method.
Duration: Approximately 100 minutes daily
Between 6:30 and 8:00 in the morning, we will find moments of peace. You will be guided through techniques to calm the mind, with slow walking as part of our practice. Whenever possible, we will sit outside to greet the rising sun.
On two occasions, these shared moments will take us on a hike and a visit to a nearby medieval town.
The Art of Silence is included in the registration for both workshops!
Duration: Approximately 100 minutes daily
