Mixed Abled Dance is a joyful movement exploration with the aim of bringing people of all abilities, genders, nationalities and ages in touch with their creativity, sensitivity and playfulness. Based on Alito Alessi's Dance Ability method and the individual dance and pedagogical experience of the three artists, the participants playfully and creatively get to know a variety of different improvisational tools around sensation, movement qualities, physical contact and personal boundaries.
