Through a score of simple actions that we will execute together repetitively, we will feel the power of a group devoting themselves to the same intention. We will bow down, arch, push, pull, shake, run, stomp to the East, to the sky, to the West, to the ground, to the North, to the South. We will push our curiosity of the infinite ways one could do these simple actions and feel the joy of building an energetic ritual together.
