Join us for a dynamic and inclusive yoga session, open to everyone – regardless of experience, gender or background. Inspired by Vinyasa Flow, this class weaves breath and movement into a fluid, meditative sequence, guiding you on an inner journey through your body. With rhythmic and creative flows, we will move through Sun Salutations to awaken energy, followed by a balanced blend of movement, mindfulness, and rest. This practice invites you to connect with yourself and the shared energy around you, embracing breath, self-expression, and presence. You are welcome, just as you are!
If possible, please bring your yoga mat or a towel!
