In her pedagogical work, Kira celebrates learning through movement and dance, creating spaces where participants actively research and explore the body in motion, cultivating the value of collaborative dance practice. This class will explore the spring-like action of fascia in both human and animal movement, enhancing our understanding of shock absorption, energy storage, and wave-like coordination. We skip, we dance, we fly!
