In this holistic try-out session for all ages, but especially for children and their companions, we immerse ourselves in the forces of nature and translate them into dance improvisations. In this mixture of dance and kinesiology we become waves, flames, roots. As well as meet our power animal in a short meditation and slip into its skin to acquire its special qualities. At the end, Japan quail, bark beetle & companions celebrate their magical abilities!
