Mani is not only the lead singer of the band Sofa Surfers and co-founder of the music project SoundHotel, but has also been practising Hatha Yoga for more than two decades. He leads through a series of exercises and predominantly resting Yoga poses to prepare the body for the daily demands of being a dancer.
If possible, please bring your yoga mat or a towel.
