With Morphing, Romanian choreographer Simona invites participants to get to know their bodies as playful and adaptable. Inspired by natural processes such as the multi-centred movements of an octopus or the slow shifts of tectonic plates, the class focuses on dynamic, flowing movements. In trance-like grooves, the participants fold, stretch and move beyond familiar patterns.
This class is happening with the support of Perform Europe as part of the Body Landscapes. An Ecofeminist Perspective project.
